Established El Dorado County law firm with busy practice in conservatorships, trusts and probates is looking for an experienced secretary/legal assistant for full time employment. Requires excellent computer and organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to write. Civil litigation experience is a plus but not required. Looking for enthusiastic team player who is dedicated and interested in learning and growing with the position.


  • WordPerfect, Word, Excel, Acrobat and strong general computer skills required.

  • Familiarity with Judicial Council forms and pleadings needed.

  • Experience as legal secretary or legal assistant required; experience in estate planning, probate and conservatorships preferred.

  • Notary preferred.
